Hon. Mukasa Mbidde married  the late Susan Namaganda. Susan Namaganda passed away, in 2015,  in a tragic road traffic accident that is still being questioned. She was the former Woman MP for Bukomansimbi District.

 By press time Susan Namaganda (RIP) has been replaced by her sister called Veronica Nannyondo who vowed to continue with her sister's zeal to empower the people in Bukomansimbi through projects such as: agricultural improvement; social service extension and; establishing entrepreneurial opportunities in the area. She contested as a DP candidate beating an NRM candidate. Bukomansimbi is divided into two constituencies, north and south. Ms Veronica Nanyondo, the sister of late Namaganda, standing on the Democratic Party ticket beat Ms Halima Nakawungu (NRM), Ms Salaama Nakandi (FDC), Ms Janet Kayondo and Immaculate Nabawanuka (Independent).

Hon. Mukasa Mbidde mourning the death of his beloved wife (the late Hon. Veronica Namaganda). The president of DP, Hon. Norbert Mao is at extreme right paying his homage too.

The hon. Mukasa Mbidde,  attended Makerere University and Law Development Centre ( LDC). He holds a Mass Communication degree (2003) from Makerere University, an LLB (2009) from Makerere University and a postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (Dip.Leg.Pract) (2010) from LDC. He has since achieved higher education skills such as that from a leadership training at The Norwegian School of Leadership and Theology (HLT) in 2005, Mandela University, University of Witwatersrand and awards of excellence from other first world countries like United States of America. He is an elected member of the 3rd East African Legislative Assembly (EALA), representing the Republic of Uganda. He has took over this office since June 2012. He serves on three EALA committees: the Committee on Communication, Trade and Investments; the Committee on Legal, Rules and Privileges; and the Committee on Regional Affairs and Conflict Resolution. He is the chairperson of the Committee on Communication, Trade and Investments.

The Forum For Democratic Change President is Major General (Rtd) Gregory Mugisha Muntuyera, also referred to as Mugisha Muntu. He is a Ugandan politician and retired military officer. He has been President of the Forum for Democratic Change, an opposition political party, since 2012. He represented Uganda in the East African Legislative Council-EALA from 2007-2012.

The Forum For Democratic Change Party flagbearer  is Dr. Kiiza Besigye. In this pictorial essay, one will see different scenarios where Dr. Kiiza Besigye is going on about the business of campaigns only to face the full force of Uganda's security on more than one occasions.
