YKM in Bukomansimbi District where he made the derogatory references against the opposition. Two favorite remarks of his include: equating the opposition to vermin that sneak or take off with harvests; and warning the electorate to not vote into power the opposition otherwise they (electorate) risk missing out on government allocations.
